Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between the
customer (“you” or “user”) and YDX Wallet, a subsidiary of
Cryptosphere S.R.O, a private limited company incorporated in the
Czech Republic under company number 19363885, with its registered
office located at Varšavská 715/36, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech
Republic (“YDX Wallet” or “Company”).

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2.1. You may need to register an account to access some or all of our
Services (“Account”). Creation and data provision are governed by our
Privacy Policy posted at https://ydxwallet.app/privacy-policy/. 
2.2. By registering an Account, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have full legal capacity;
• You are not a resident of sanctioned jurisdictions according to the EU
legislation and FATF lists;
• You are not sanctioned by the EU, UN, USA, or any authorities in the
world;
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of any state, country,
territory, or other jurisdiction where your use of the Services is fully
illegal and it does not violate any applicable law.
2.3. As long as you agree to and comply with these Terms, YDX Wallet
grants you a right to use the Software and Services under a worldwide,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited license.

3. SERVICES
3.1. YDX Wallet offers Services either directly or via third-party
providers.
3.1.1. Software “YDX Wallet”: YDX Wallet provides a non-custodial
wallet solution, allowing users to manage virtual and fiat currencies securely.
3.1.2. Ancillary Services:
YDX Wallet acts as an intermediary for
additional services such as exchange,offered by third-party providers.
Users agree that YDX Wallet is not responsible for any transactions or
financial liabilities associated with these third-party services.
3.2. Services Provided by Third-Parties: YDX Wallet facilitates access
to third-party services and products, and users acknowledge that YDX
Wallet is not liable for any third-party services. Users interact with third
parties at their own risk.
3.2.1. Decentralized Swaps: YDX Wallet facilitates decentralized
swaps through third-party protocols, primarily Uniswap
(https://uniswap.org/) and SunSwap (https://sunswap.com/#/home).
Users acknowledge that decentralized swaps are governed by the
protocols of these exchanges, and YDX Wallet holds no control over the
execution or outcomes of such swaps.

4. INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS
4.1. YDX Wallet offers free services and does not accept fees from
users; therefore, monetary refunds are not available.
4.2. Users explicitly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal upon starting to
use YDX Wallet’s Software.
4.3. Refund requests for services performed by third parties must be
directed to the respective provider.
4.4. Users in the EU have the right to request refunds for certain services within 14 days. Requests must be made to the respective third-party provider.

5. USERS WARRANTIES
5.1. Users confirm accurate data provision during registration and agree
to update information if it becomes inaccurate.
5.2. Users transact only with legally-obtained funds.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES. INDEMNITIES
6.1. YDX Wallet is not liable for damages, losses, or any other issues
arising from negligence or fraud related to the Services.
6.2. Users agree to indemnify YDX Wallet from any claims, damages,
lawsuits, or expenses.
6.3. Services are provided “as is” without warranties, and YDX Wallet is
not liable for continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access.

7. TAXES. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS
7.1. YDX Wallet complies with applicable law, and users are responsible
for adhering to local regulations regarding virtual currencies.
7.2. Users are responsible for determining and reporting applicable
taxes related to their use of YDX Wallet services.

8. MISCELLANEOUS
8.1. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between YDX
Wallet and users.
8.2. Invalidity of any term does not affect the validity of the remaining
terms.
8.3. YDX Wallet may assign rights or obligations without notice; users
may not assign rights without consent.

9. JURISDICTION
9.1. These Terms are governed by the law of Czech Republic.
9.2. Users agree to resolve disputes through negotiation, the European
Online Dispute Resolution Platform, or the courts of Czech Republic.

10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
10.1. Users may terminate the agreement at any time.
10.2. YDX Wallet may terminate the agreement and suspend or cancel accounts for various reasons, including non-conformity with these Terms.
